  • Opps

I always do it at least once a year.
Yup, and today was the day that I wrote, "07" for the date of the year on my paper.
I smiled to myself and changed it to "08."
Still can't believe it's already 2008.  Olympic year!

  • If I had a theme that reflects what happened in 2007, it would be "TRANSITIONS."

I finished my grad school and transitioned back to LA.  Summer flew by because I spent all of my summer finishing up my master's thesis and most of the fall semester studying for the GREs and applying to Ph.D. programs.  But there is just one school that I want to go to- USC all the way!!!!

Whether I get into the program or not, I've been praying that I will not be disappointed and that I will joyfully praise God whatever the outcome.  Give thanks in all circumstances- that's what I want to be able to do with all my heart. Knowing that God is sovereign over all things, and that He will do as He pleases...I want to be able to humbly submit and obey His will, not my own plans, wishes, and wants.

I won a TOMTOM ONE GPS Navigation system at Susan Cho's wedding today!  Thank the God in heaven! My mom really wanted a navigator this Christmas, and I told her that I would get it for her, but I was waiting for the prices to drop because they were too expensive at the time.  But one of the prizes for the games was the GPS navigator and I was like praying like crazy...and all I can say is that the LORD IS GOOD! and HE ANSWERS PRAYER! Hallelujah!  I still can't believe it....incredible day.  The smile on my mom's face when I gave it to her was priceless. Ye-ah! God is good.  He knows, He hears, He works, He gives, He blesses.  Praise God Praise God Praise God! The order of events that HAD to take place for me to get the GPS navigator is not simply a string of luck or human effort. It was GOD's hand!
